It’s the day after OUTDOORS SHOW, Birmingham NEC 09. It was our first showing and we feel it was a great success. We made some new friends and spent time with hundreds of interesting likeminded people.

Other news, we still have a few places left on a Bushcraft Apprenticeship course over the weekend 1st – 3rd May 09 held in the Betws-y-Coed area, N Wales. So if you would like to come and join us, give us a call. The course is both enlightening and fun it will be an enjoyable experience. Due to our expansion we are now able to offer these courses all over the UK as well as internationally.
We are also pleased to announce that the training and development within Blue Mountain continues at pace. As part of our increasing determination to provide customer satisfaction and something that little bit different, we are currently undergoing validation training with EDEXEL. In short, all of our courses within Blue Mountain will carry BTEC qualifications in life skills, managements, and communications at the GCSE to Diploma level. So not only will you learn and have a great experience, you will leave with something of real value to add to that CV.
Because of the flexibility and expertise of our instructors, we are now able to offer a number of specialists training courses for all levels and abilities. These include Photography in the Wilds, and Medical Training. Please see our website for details.
What’s next? Well, on the back of our success at the NEC and due to popular demand we are developing a series of “What If” courses that can be adapted to areas of your interest. These concentrate on giving you the knowledge and confidence to handle any situation that you could find yourself in.
The Bushcraft Club is coming on in leaps and bounds and we hope to announce this shortly.
